a) Tracking and logging tool
The tracking measure listed below and used by us is carried out on the basis of article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 point f of the GDPR. With the tracking measure used, we want to ensure the appropriate design of our website and its continuous optimization. Furthermore, we use the tracking measure to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate the data for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be considered legitimate within the meaning of the above provision.

For the purpose of statistical evaluation and technical optimization of my web pages we use 1 & 1 IONOS WebAnalytics, a web analysis service of 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (https://www.ionos.de).

1&1 IONOS WebAnalytics does not store any personal data of website visitors so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual visitors. The following data is collected:
• Referrer (previously visited website)
• Requested web page or file and time of access
• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Device type used
• IP address in anonymous form (only used to determine the location of access)

To protect personal data, 1&1 IONOS WebAnalytics does not use cookies. No data will be passed on to third parties.

 
Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We only collect, process and use personal data insofar as it is necessary to establish, thrash out the content or make changes to the legal relationship (basic data). This is done on the basis of point b of Article 6(1) GDPR which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or invoice the user for the use of the service.

The collected customer data is erased after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transmission upon conclusion of contract for services and digital content

We only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing.

A further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

The basis for data processing is point b of Article 6(1) GDPR which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
